Installation precautions for Hydraulic Variable Displacement Piston Motor products
Hydraulic Variable Displacement Piston Motor products During commissioning and operation, the axial piston unit must always be filled with hydraulic oil and vented with air.
Hydraulic Variable Displacement Piston Motor products During commissioning and operation, the axial piston unit must always be filled with hydraulic oil and vented with air. The above precautions must also be observed after relatively long periods of inactivity, since the axial piston unit may drain hydraulic oil back into the tank via the hydraulic line.

Especially in the "drive shaft up" installation position, oil filling and exhaust must be carried out thoroughly, otherwise there will be dangers such as running without oil.
Case drain oil in the pump housing must drain to tank through the highest drain port (T1, T2).
For combinations of several devices, ensure that the respective case pressure of each device is not exceeded. When there is a differential pressure at the drain ports of the equipment, the common drain line must be replaced so that under no circumstances is the minimum permissible case pressure of all connected equipment exceeded. If this is not possible, a separate drain line should be laid if necessary.
In order to obtain favorable noise figures, all connecting lines should be separated by elastic elements and installation above the tank should be avoided.
The Hydraulic Variable Displacement Piston Motor products case drain line must lead below the minimum oil level in the tank under all operating conditions.
