Connection Precautions for Parker Hydraulic Pumps
Parker Hydraulic Pumps can be installed with supports or flanges.
1. Parker Hydraulic Pumps can be installed with supports or flanges. The pump and prime mover should use a common base support. Both the flange and the foundation should have sufficient rigidity. Special attention: The plunger pump with a flow rate greater than (or equal to) 160L/min should not be installed on the oil tank.

2. The output shaft of the Parker Hydraulic Pumps and the prime mover should be connected by an elastic coupling. It is strictly forbidden to install pulleys or gears on the shaft of the Parker Hydraulic Pumps to drive the Parker Hydraulic Pumps. Add a pair of supports to install the pulley or gear, and the coaxiality error between the support and the pump shaft should not be greater than Φ0.05mm.
3. The oil suction pipe should be as short, straight, large and thick as possible. The oil suction pipe generally needs to be equipped with a coarse filter with a nominal flow rate not less than twice the pump flow rate (the filtration accuracy is generally 80-180 μm). The oil drain pipe of Parker Hydraulic Pumps should be directly connected to the oil tank, and the oil return back pressure should not be greater than 0.05MPa. The oil suction pipe port and the oil return pipe port of the oil pump must be 200mm below the minimum oil level of the fuel tank. Special attention should be paid to the oil filter not allowed to be installed on the oil suction pipeline of the plunger pump, and the diameter of the shut-off valve on the oil suction pipeline should be one grade larger than the diameter of the oil suction pipeline.
