Working principle and structure of Hydraulic Vane Pump
Hydraulic Vane Pump is a common hydraulic transmission component.
Hydraulic Vane Pump is a common hydraulic transmission component. Its main function is to convert the mechanical energy generated by the drive mechanism into hydraulic energy, thereby driving hydraulic machinery. Hydraulic Vane Pump is one of the most commonly used pumps in hydraulic systems because of its simple structure, small size, and uniform and stable output flow. Below, we will introduce the working principle and structure of the Hydraulic Vane Pump in detail.
1. Working principle
The Hydraulic Vane Pump works by drawing liquid into the pump body, compressing it and sending it out. When the rotor of the vane pump rotates, a series of movements and changes are produced in the pump body. Among them, the gap between the vane, the pump body and the front and rear covers is constantly changing with the rotation of the rotor, resulting in a certain volume change, and then forming the suction chamber, compression chamber and discharge port. The liquid compressed in the compression cavity is squeezed out of the pump body, thus forming a continuous and stable flow.

2. Structure
Hydraulic Vane Pump is mainly composed of pump body, rotor, blades, front and rear covers, bearings and seals. Among them, the pump body is the body of the pump, and various contours are formed inside it, and its function is to start, regulate and control the flow of fluid.
The rotor is the rotating part of the pump body and usually includes a balance shaft and vane wheel. There are several blades on the impeller wheel, and when it rotates, the blades will continue to move relative to the rotation of the rotor, so that the volume changes to produce pump fluid.
The front and rear covers are used to fix and protect the rotor and blades, and also play a sealing role. Bearings are used to support the rotating motion of the rotor.
